We want you to love your celestial treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Moonglow jewelry. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your jewelry.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind until it reaches our studio.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
